using advice
We advise you to grind or crush your seeds because the body will not digest them. Thus, the body benefits much more from its benefits.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons per day to your culinary preparations. For example, sprinkle them, after having crushed them, in your yogurts, fruit compotes, salads, desserts (directly in the dough), drinks (smoothies, milkshakes, etc.), cereals, beaten eggs, etc.
We recommend 3 tablespoons of flax seeds per day, or approximately 45g. Like all cures, it is recommended to take breaks. We recommend consuming them for 1 to 2 months, then taking a break of 2 or 3 weeks before resuming.
To benefit from the benefits of the seed, you must consume it constantly, every day.
Store in a cool, dry place: away from air, humidity and light. Close tightly after use.
